We’re supporting a well-established and growing business in their search for a Business Development Manager to cover Central Scotland.


This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven B2B sales professional who enjoys a mix of developing existing accounts and winning new business. You’ll inherit an established customer base while also having the autonomy to identify and secure new opportunities across your territory.


The Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase spend and strengthen relationships
  • Proactively target and win new business across Central Scotland
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored proposals aligned to customer needs
  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Manage your own pipeline, from initial contact through to close


About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Comfortable in a field-based role, managing your own diary and territory
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to balance account management and new business activity
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

 

Package

  • £40,000–£45,000 basic salary
  • Realistic earnings up to £10,000 bonus
  • Established client base
  • Autonomy and support to grow your territory
