Production Supervisor

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Supervisor. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in Renfrewshire.

Eary/Back shift role, with the occasional requirement for nights, dependent on business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive a positive Health and Safety culture.
• Implement actions identified through audits.
• Supervise and execute production plan.
• Employee management
• Work towards KPIs and production targets.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous supervisory/ management experience in a production environment
• Experience in the use of KPIs in an operational environment.
• H&S knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy
