Brightwork are recruiting a Junior/Graduate Data Analyst on behalf of our client, a global leader within FMCG. This is a Full-Time, Temporary ongoing position.
This newly created role is ideal for graduates or junior professionals looking to gain real-world exposure in business analytics. The role will be diverse and cover operations, logistics and finances linked to productivity and will require you to work with others to deliver insights that influence critical business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and validate data from internal systems and external datasets.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to spot patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Develop and update dashboards and reporting tools to support finance teams.
- Cleanse and Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- HND or Degree in Data science / analytics or a closely related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis.
- Confidence working with Excel, Power BI and Power Apps; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual management to compile performance reports.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
