Machine Operator / Forklift Driver

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operative to join our client's team in a new state of the art facility, based in the Eurocentral area, with an excellent chance to go permanent in due course.

Your Time at Work
The main role involves setting and operating a production line, handling raw materials, working around machinery.
Working to set targets and deadlines
General cleaning and housekeeping of the factory
Ensuring safety and meeting quality standards
Assisting engineering team
For those with forklift licence, you may also be assisting at the end of the production process as well as moving raw materials.

Our Perfect Worker
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
Physically fit due to the nature of the role
Comfortable working with and near machinery and operating control panels
Reliable and committed to working a rotating shift pattern
Own transport may be required due to location and shifts.

Key Information and Benefits
Rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday
Immediate Starts
£13.60 per hr, starting pay rate - early/back shift
£16.96 per hr for night shift hours should you wish to move to nights - only if an opportunity comes up.
Regular overtime available and paid at 1.5x & 2x.
Full 40 hours paid weekly
