Kitchen Porter

Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for a temporary Kitchen Porter for a prestigious drinks client based in Dufftown.

Your Time at Work

Duties to include but not limited to -
- Support the kitchen and front of house teams with the planning, preparation and delivery of food service for a range of internal and external customers.
- Work efficiently and to a high standard.
- Responsible for cleaning the kitchen, washing all dishes and glassware inline with the food hygiene standards.
- Flexible working to support the team
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams to continually maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Consistently seek and act on feedback to enhance the standards in the kitchen and service areas.
- Ensure that safe working practices and food hygiene procedures are adhered to in accordance to required legislation.

Our Perfect Worker

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Information and Benefits

Working Hours are between 9am - 6pm, and includes weekend work
