The role
We’re recruiting a Junior Sales Executive for a growing business, suitable for someone early in their career or looking to break into professional sales for the first time.
This is a structured, entry-level role where you’ll be trained from the ground up. You’ll start in a trainee position, learning how the sales process works, building confidence speaking with customers, and supporting more experienced sales professionals. Over time, you’ll progress into a full sales and account management role.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential - attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn matter more than background.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with potential customers by phone and email
- Learning how to qualify opportunities and build a sales pipeline
- Supporting senior sales staff on live accounts
- Developing strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Working towards clear sales and development targets
