We're currently recruiting for a Payroll & Finance Administrator to join a busy team based in Carryduff on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and can quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You'll provide immediate support to the Payroll and Finance team, helping to ensure that payroll inputs and financial admin tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with payroll data input and checks
- Supporting day-to-day finance administration
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal controls
- Providing general support to the wider finance team as needed
About You
- Previous experience in payroll and/or finance administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to hit the ground running and work independently
- Confident using systems and Excel
- Reliable and adaptable with a proactive approach
Additional Information
Due to the location in Carryduff, applicants will need to have access to their own transport and be able to commute easily.
