The role – Production Manager
You will have a varied role and will be responsible for ensuring product throughput and quality are maintained for a range of products. Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Ensure production throughput meets company targets in relation to quality, delivery and cost
- Ensure production throughput meets company, client and regulatory requirements
- Recruitment, mentoring and developing of production / operational staff
- Store goods and raw materials safely
- Ensure all works are undertaken effectively and to meet all relevant Health and Safety requirements
- Assist all stakeholder groups in relation to company continuous improvement activities
A highly professional, reliable and experienced Production Manager, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience leading and managing high volume manufacturing operations.
You will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail and will be well versed motivating and developing teams to achieve company production requirements.
The standard hours of the role will be 06.45 to 15.45, Monday to Friday and you should be available to meet this working pattern accordingly.
