This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our clients based in Edinburgh and we require temporary PVG Chefs for our clients sites.
Our health care clients based in Edinburgh and the Lothians have immediate requirements for Chefs working on a temporary basis on short term OR interim term OR long term assignments with our clients.
Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
Main duties include preparation and cooking of all meals, stock control, HAACP duties etc
Hours of work are variable so flexibility is required.
Pay rate of £16.00 to £18.00 per hour

Your Time at Work
This work can be Weekends or Monday to Friday (or a mix of both) so our clients do require workers who are flexible on shift times.
