Brightwork are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client, a successful and growing manufacturing business at their facilities in North Ayrshire on a permanent basis.

Responsible for managing communications with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will also:

  • Support the sales team with key administrative support, liaising with customers and end users throughout the buying process, handling product, delivery and invoicing queries.
  • Manage requests for quotations, working with other departments to ensure specifications are met in line with customer expectations
  • Manage customer relationships and product satisfaction issues and concerns
  • Compile weekly and monthly management information and Customer reports
  • Distribute samples across the customer base
  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure overdue payments are received

The successful candidate will have experience working within a Sales/Commercial team, ideally within FMCG or Manufacturing and be confident liaising with customers across all levels, both verbally and written. Experience working with all MS Office packages are essential, alongside the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
