An excellent opportunity exists for a Visitor Centre Assistant to join our prestigious premium spirits client, working within our client's fast paced business. You will be representing a unique brand and promoting the business to visitors from across the globe.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing unique tours to visitors telling the story of the organisation and enhancing the brand
- Learn the history and heritage of the site
- Work across all areas of the visitor centre including hosting groups, working in the retail facility and tasting bar
- Assist with stock take and counts
- Work with distillery operational teams to ensure company procedures and H&S practises are adhered to
- Ensure visitor centre facilities are always maintained to high standard of cleanliness
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of providing first class customer service skills and experience coupled with excellent organisational skills. Fantastic communication skills are imperative, and you will have a proven ability to work on your own initiative as well as in groups. Ideally you will be looking to work a minimum of 2 days with the flexibility to do more, weekend work is required and there is the possibility of some evening work.
