Brightwork are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our client, a well-known and highly regarded establishment in Falkirk on a temporary basis. Joining them initially for 6-8 weeks, this is a great opportunity to secure work over the festive period with a potential of extension for the right candidate.
Please note that due to the nature of our client's establishment, the successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure ahead of assignment commencement.
The successful candidate will support the busy team with all aspects of administrative support including but not limited to:
- Coordination and organisation of internal meetings, working to strict timescales and monitoring performance
- Updating and maintaining the internal database with key information
- Assisting with minute taking and distribution of actions for internal meetings
- Providing management with key administrative support, assisting with general tasks and requests
- General administration duties as required
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working within an administrative focused role
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages and pick up new systems and processes confidently
- Have the ability to collate sensitive information in line with Data Protection Legislation
- Be available to start immediately and commit to a temporary role
