We’re working with a major technology-led organisation looking to appoint an experienced Delivery Manager to take ownership of planning, execution and delivery across a range of digital and software development projects.

This is a strategic and hands-on role leading cross-functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards while driving meaningful change. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to align delivery with business goals and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What you’ll do

• Lead the planning and execution of technology and digital projects across multiple workstreams
• Create and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies and resources
• Manage Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
• Support portfolio planning and the creation of strategy packs for senior leadership
• Engage with key stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers and communicate progress
• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure project governance, reporting and compliance
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master within digital or technology environments
• Strong background in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience delivering large-scale or transformational change projects
• Skilled in using tools like Azure DevOps or similar
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources across multiple projects

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe or similar certification
• Experience delivering in cloud or enterprise software environments
• Familiarity with Lean principles or Agile scaling frameworks
