The Role

Brightwork are delighted to be exclusively supporting Enva, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, as they continue to grow their presence in Northern Ireland.

Enva are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their expanding, multi-site operation across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the HR Director this role will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support, partnering closely with leaders to drive effective people management and support organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and site managers.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE.
  • Coach and advise managers on best practice people management.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with legislation.
  • Analyse HR metrics and contribute to HR projects across the business.

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards Level 7).
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.
  • Confident managing complex ER cases in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland.
