Your Time at Work
- Carrying out tool changes using Standard Operating Procedures, process, and product specification sheets.
- Monitoring process parameters (cycle time, cooling time, heats, weight, etc.) to ensure all products run within pre-defined tolerances.
- Setting tools for production and performing insert changes.
- Carrying out first-off inspections to validate the effectiveness of tool changes.
- Optimising tool performance through controlled and authorised continuous improvement activities.
- Organising and setting up work areas and materials efficiently for specific jobs.
Our Perfect Worker
Ideally you will have a wealth of plastics processing experience and a strong manufacturing background. You will possess first-class attention to detail and a solid working knowledge of tooling/machinery, materials, and quality standards for various parts.
