The role – Temporary Insurance Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Insurance Administrator to support companywide Motor insurance related claims and associated documentation management and control. In this detail-focused role, you will have a broad range of duties and responsibilities including;

  • Processing and management of all motor related insurance claims ensuring that all activities are undertaken in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaising with all internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure claims and claims information is effectively relayed and recorded
  • Ensuring motor claims are processed and managed to meet all company and regulatory requirements
  • Provided first line support answering calls, mails and all associated motor insurance claims correspondence
  • Updating and management of all motor insurance claims related internal documentation
  • Management of temporary vehicle register and assist in managing supplier / subcontractor documentation

You will currently be or recently have held the role of Insurance Administrator within a motor insurance environment. You will have first class communication skills, both written and verbal, and have an in-depth working knowledge of motor insurance claims and all supporting documentation. This is an on-going temporary role, fully office based, with an immediate start and you should be available accordingly.
