The role - Temporary HR Business Partner
You will have a dynamic and varied, truly generalist role and will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of human resources activities, practices and processes. This site-based role will allow to you fully utilise your strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and in-depth understanding of HR system, processes and procedures.
Your duties and responsibilities will be widespread including;
- Supporting the site leadership team to maintain their high-performing sitewide operational activities
- Ensuring the strategic and operational implementation for all relevant company HR policies, systems, processes and procedures
- Supporting all stakeholder groups with day-today operational HR requirements
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Working closely with all stakeholder groups to anticipate and solve complex organisational,
- people and management issues, with a particular focus on providing effective, practical advice and support on all HR matters
- Collaborate with union representatives to negotiate collective bargaining agreements and address employee concerns
- Recruitment of talented individuals across a broad discipline range
Ideally qualified in a relevant HR discipline, you will have a wealth of experience as an HR Business Partner, within a fast-paced environment, ideally within FMCG, Production & Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Drinks etc. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent combination of both operational and strategic HR skills with proven experience in leading and providing highly effective HR support to ensure on-going organisational performance, engagement and growth. You will have first class interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and develop trust and influence across all stakeholder groups. A naturally inquisitive individual, you will be committed to making a real difference to operational activities, company performance and company culture. Previous experience within a unionised environment is essential.
The role will be offered on an initial circa 6-month period and you will be available at short notice.
