Night Shift Traffic Controller

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Nightshift Transport Controller. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in Renfrewshire.

Becoming a vital member of the team you will be tasked with liaising with drivers and customers, planning routes and dealing with Transport issues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Phone and email enquiries, aiding with a variety of issues.
• Planning and confirming routes.
• Liaising with drivers
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting traffic coordinators
• Maintaining CRM system.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience working within a Transport Department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy
