This is an excellent opportunity to join their warehouse operation in Cumbernauld on a permanent basis from day one, with full company benefits available immediately.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a busy warehouse environment and is keen to develop new skills. Mizuno is committed to investing in its employees, providing full training and development opportunities, including forklift truck and VNA man-up truck training within the first six months of employment.

Your Time at Work
Picking, checking and dispatching customer orders
Receiving and processing incoming stock
Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
Maintaining accurate stock locations and inventory records
Loading and unloading containers and vehicles
Assisting with stock checks and cycle counts
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Following all company health & safety procedures

As part of your development, you will be trained to operate warehouse equipment including forklift trucks, VNA man-up trucks, pallet wrapping machinery, banding equipment and tape machines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable learning new skills and confident working with specialist warehouse equipment, including working at height within a controlled warehouse environment.

Our Perfect Worker
Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience preferred
Experience using scanner guns and stock management systems advantageous
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards of accuracy
Comfortable learning to operate forklift trucks and VNA man-up trucks
Positive attitude towards training, development and progression
Able to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment
Must be aged 18+ due to site machinery and health & safety requirements

Key Information and Benefits
Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Salary & Benefits
Starting salary of £26,106 per annum
Salary increase to £27,256 upon successful completion of training
Permanent employment with Mizuno from day one
Full forklift truck and VNA man-up truck training provided within the first 6 months
Monday to Friday working pattern
