Managing Director
Julie has over 20 years’ recruitment experience and has been with Brightwork since 2008, progressing to Managing Director. She is passionate about developing people, strengthening client partnerships and using data-led insights to improve performance. Julie thrives on leading change, delivering continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional service for clients and candidates.
Pawel Kondracki
Director
Pawel is a Director with 16 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in the drinks sector. He leads high-performing teams, using data and strategic insight to deliver effective workforce solutions. Known for building strong client relationships, Pawel is committed to delivering exceptional service and measurable results for every organisation he supports.
Andrea Verrall
Director
Andrea has nearly 30 years’ recruitment experience, having joined Brightwork in 1995. She has built long-standing partnerships across Scotland’s drinks industry and is passionate about delivering exceptional service for clients and candidates. Mark has almost 30 years’ recruitment experience across industrial, manufacturing and logistics sectors. As Account Director, he specialises in business development, operational excellence and building trusted client partnerships. Mark is passionate about delivering tailored workforce solutions and works closely with teams to ensure consistently outstanding service delivery.

Shan is a Relationship Director with extensive experience delivering large-scale workforce solutions. He is recognised for his commercial expertise, strategic partnerships and commitment to ethical recruitment. As Founder of Scotland Against Modern Slavery, Shan is passionate about improving labour standards and helping organisations build safe, sustainable workforces.

Louise has over 20 years’ recruitment experience and was a founding member of Brightwork’s permanent recruitment division. She leads specialist teams across multiple sectors, delivering tailored recruitment solutions for public and private sector clients. Louise is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Ian has nearly 30 years’ recruitment experience across manufacturing, engineering, technical and professional sectors. He leads specialist teams while continuing to recruit for key clients, combining strategic leadership with hands-on expertise. Ian is known for delivering tailored recruitment solutions across permanent, contract and temporary hiring.

Anne has 28 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in high-volume onsite recruitment for food and logistics clients. Stephanie has over eight years’ recruitment experience specialising in compliance, administration, facilities and health & safety.
