Brightwork, in partnership with a well-established and highly successful drinks manufacturing company, is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Production Operators to join their reputable facility in Bathgate.

This temporary position offers the potential for ongoing employment with a leading manufacturer in the drinks industry.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
06:00 to 14:00
Overtime available to meet business requirements

Pay Rate
£13.14 per hour
Overtime rates available



To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

A minimum of two years' continuous work history that can be supported by references

- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience within the drinks industry is desirable but not essential
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating the bottling line to ensure the product meets customer specifications.
- Monitoring the production process and performing basic testing and quality checks.
- Properly packaging the finished product to ensure readiness for shipment.
- Receiving comprehensive training and having the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent teamwork. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are essential qualities. Prior experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Associate, or Factory Operative is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
