Accounts Receivable Administrator

Brightwork are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our client, a well established organisation at their offices in Barrhead on a Temp Ongoing basis. 

Joining their well-established Accounts Payable team, the successful candidate will have a proven background in an AP role and be confident working with high volumes of invoices.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the department with all aspects of AR Administrative tasks
• Creating and updating supplier statements
• Chasing clients for outstanding debts and discussing balances due
• Updating various systems and spreadsheets whilst maintaining accurate records 
• Managing cash reconcilations 
• General administration duties such as high-volume scanning/data processing and team projects
