Brightwork are currently recruiting for a plant operator on behalf of our client, a global leader within FMCG. This is a Full-Time, Temporary ongoing position. The successful candidate will work within the company's Bio-Energy site in Fife.
Main Responsibilities:
- Driving plant equipment such as FLT, Manitou & shunter.
- Plant sampling - taking samples of material onsite to the lab or carrying out testing to check dry matter %.
- Plant cleaning, power washing equipment, brushing and shovelling.
- Manual handling responsibilities.
- Other duties deemed relevant to role.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar plant environment.
- Experience operating equipment and machinery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a dayshift position working Mon - Thurs 0800-1700 and Fri 0800-1400.
