We're looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy drinks manufacturing site in North Lanarkshire on an ongoing temporary basis.

Pay and Shift Details
- £17.93 - £22.79 per hour
- Early, back and night shifts available:
- Early: 6am - 2pm (6am - 11:30am Friday)
- Back: 2pm - 10pm (11:30am - 5pm Friday)
- Nights: 10pm - 6am Monday to Thursday
- During busy periods, shifts may occasionally change to 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am at short notice
- Full flexibility across shift patterns is required

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Supplying production lines with materials
- Moving finished products from production areas
- Loading and unloading wagons
- Carrying out stock checks and picking orders using pick sheets
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, organised and safe
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
This role does involve some physical work alongside FLT duties.
What We're Looking For
You'll fit right in if you:
- Hold a valid accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Have experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Work well with others and are happy using your initiative when needed
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Take pride in working safely and doing the job properly
- Are flexible and able to work across early, back and night shifts
You'll also need to:
- Provide a full 5-year work history and references
- Pass a DBS check
- Be comfortable handling and moving alcoholic products
