Forklift Driver
We are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to work for a well known drinks manufacturer based in North Lanarkshire, on a temporary ongoing basis.
The rate of pay is £17.49 - £22.23 per hour.
The basic shift patterns are:
- Early Shift
Monday - Thursday: 6am - 3pm
Friday: 6am - 11:30am
- Back Shift
Monday - Thursday: 2pm - 10pm
Friday: 11:30am - 5pm
- Night Shift
Monday - Thursday: 10pm - 6am

Shift patterns may change at short notice to 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
Candidates must be fully flexible across all shifts to meet business requirements.
Applicants must hold a valid accredited Counterbalance licence and be able to provide a full 5 year work history/referencing.

Your Time at Work
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, working in a fast paced, heavy warehouse environment, your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift
- Kitting production lines with materials
- Removing finished goods from production lines
- Loading and unloading wagons
- Auditing stock and picking orders using pick sheets
- Keeping the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and tidy
- Working with a strong focus on Health & Safety at all times
This role may involve some physical work.

Our perfect worker will:
- Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance licence
- Be able to provide a complete 5 year work history
- Be fully flexible across early, back, and night shifts
- Be a confident individual who can work alone or as part of a team
- Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Experience in a similar environment is essential.
