Our client is recruiting a Maintenance and Assembly Fitter to support the Technical Manager in delivering to the business support in both the workshop activities and subsea operational requirements. Such activities will include hull aperture blank manufacturing, new build equipment manufacturing and to complete maintenance tasks to support plant equipment and building facilities.
Responsibilities
Support facilities maintenance as required, under the guidance of the appointed line manager.
Support blank manufacturing, equipment builds and plant maintenance under the guidance of the appointed line manager.
Ensure load out lists and heads up documents are accurately updated, providing a key link between operations and maintenance teams.
Provide support to all business operations including logistics, diving, ROV and closed-circuit prop polishing
Carry out any other reasonable tasks to support the business
Experience
Possess a basic knowledge of hydraulic circuits, and diesel engine operation and maintenance.
Be familiar with relevant current legislation
Good communication skills
