Brightwork was established in 2006 and our growing team of well-respected industry professionals has a proven track record in delivering tailored recruitment solutions that offer real value to our clients and candidates.
We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we build, as we work together to find the right talent to drive success across our clients’ operations. Our primary specialisms include lasting partnerships across the Food & Drink industry, alongside other public and private sector organisations. We use creative thinking and a consultative approach to deliver temporary, interim, and permanent placements through to volume projects and campaigns.
Our Network
Brightwork has two branches located in Glasgow & Elgin, supporting our clients from the Borders up to the Central Belt, spanning across the Western Isles and extending to the most northerly points of Scotland.
Providing Onsite solutions across Scotland, Brightwork has a permanent presence within many of our clients’ sites, providing a dynamic and flexible resourcing service, on location, right at the heart of their businesses. We partner with our high-volume clients across food & drink manufacturing and distribution, to work together in meeting fluctuating customer demand to consistently provide a reliable and trustworthy talent pool throughout the year.
Brightwork are an approved supplier on the Scottish Government Temporary and Interim Framework for Administration, Catering and Manual Staffing and support up to 100 public bodies with their work force requirements.
