We are looking for an experienced operator to join our client's small team on a temp ongoing basis. This role is to work within the filling and packing areas of a modern factory to support the production of finished products.
Your Time at Work
Carry out hand packing activities on a semi-automated filling line
Operate within GMP regulations and H&S protocols
Carry out additional activities as directed by the supervisor (i.e. cleaning, warehouse activities)
Complete verification and basic inspection
Complete all paperwork as directed by the supervisor (i.e. batch paperwork, cleaning logs).
Our Perfect Worker
"Good manufacturing practices" knowledge preferred, including sanitasion, hygiene, quality systems etc.
Experience of working within a production environment areas.
Strong attention to detail required for checking batch numbers versus orders
Good communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Basic IT skills helpful.
Own transport may be required to due shift work and location
Key Information and Benefits
The role is likely to last until the end of the year. You will be working in a small team.
Working hours are rotating early and back shift Mon-Fri with early finish on Friday.
37 hours paid at £10.59 per hr weekly.
Overtime may be available and paid at 1.5x
