We have an excellent opportunity to start a new job in January with a manufacturing organisation near Ayr, South Ayrshire. Initially a temp ogoing contract, full time hours working Mon-Fri on a 2-weekly rotating early and back shift.
Your Time at Work
General duties will include manual handling of the manufactured items, working as part of a production line, operating basic processing equipment, visual inspection and packing at the end of the process. You will be on your feet for the duration of the shift and work closely with other teams such as machine operatives as well as finishing assembly line.
Our Perfect Worker
Ideally successful candidates will have previous factory work experience and be comfortable working at a pace. But first and foremost we are looking for applicants with the right attitude, flexibility and willingness to work, as there is full training provided. Own transport is preferred due to shift pattern and location of the factory.
Key Information and Benefits
Working shifts are 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Mon-Fri.
Pay rates are £9.81 per hr for early and £10.53 per hr for backs.
This is an ongoing temp contract, but may lead to a permanent post for some.
