The successful candidate will be articulate, organised and well presented with great interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment.
* Providing excellent customer service to maximise productivity within the team * Resolve customer issues and deal with queries around this * Ensure accuracy and compliance measures are followed in line with company procedures * Liaise between clients, internal departments and escalate issues where appropriate * Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues

Due to the nature of the clients business the ideal candidate will be fully flexible to shift pattern as they are a 24/7 organisation and have access to their own car due to location of their offices.
