Brightwork are supporting one of our leading distribution clients in North Lanarkshire with the recruitment of a Systems & Compliance Team Leader (backshift) to join their existing support team on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role that will be responsible for supporting the site with all Customs & Excise compliance and legislation tasks. It’s a hands-on position, managing a small team of Operational Administrators, and you’ll be acting as the first point of contact for all relevant customer queries, investigating their issues and providing feedback.
Within this role you also have responsibility over budgetary target and will be accountable for the achievement of site KPI’s and passing of site Audits. You will carry out site tours of the warehouse and distribution departments and handle the contract management for the site, with regards to Waste, Hygiene and Catering.
The position comes with a strong financial package and a performance-based bonus scheme.
