Production Administrator

  • North Lanarkshire £18,000.00 - £22,000.00 per annum Type of Job: Permanent

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client, an industry leading specialist within their field at their offices in Cumbernauld. Working as a Production Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the warehouse and production departments with all aspects of admin support.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with the production team to raise orders, notify of changes and ensure delivered within set timescales
  • Act as the main point of contact for all incoming enquiries
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials using internal ERP system - Styleman
  • Run daily reports ensuring all deliveries are on schedule
  • General administration duties as required

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working within an administrative focused role
  • Be confident working with all MS Office - in particular, Excel to pull reports and key information
  • Experience working with an ERP system would be beneficial but isn't essential
  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbally
