The client

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to work with a highly regarded Market Leader and to undertake a broad range of Technical administrative support.

The role – Temporary Technical Administrator

This is a short-term temporary Administrator role within a technical department and responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative functions. You will have a varied role, your duties and responsibilities including;

  • Processing of incoming and processed materials / stock from incoming paperwork, primarily Excel based
  • Printing of technical paperwork daily and sorting into designated areas
  • Printing and matching of labels to paperwork building job packs for drivers and 3rd parties
  • Scanning in, labelling and uploading declarations to relevant folders
  • Raising Purchase orders and sending to suppliers
  • Inputting external analysis results into spreadsheets and sending on to relevant personnel
  • Creating logs for tracking ongoing projects and work
  • Supplier contact for pricing and availability of services

This is a temporary role but with a first-class employer, Paisley based and your hours of work on-site Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. You will have previous experience undertaking a broad range of administrative functions and ideally within a technical department in a manufacturing / engineering / process environment.

This is an immediate requirement and you will be available accordingly.
