• Edinburgh £10.50 per hour Type of Job: Temporary

Brightwork are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Asst. to join our client, a well established organisation at their offices in Edinburgh City Centre on an ongoing temporary basis.

Supporting the Reception, Facilities & Mailroom Team - the successful candidate will assist with the below duties:

- Meeting & greeting visitors to the site, ensuring they have signed in correctly and have been briefed on site rules and regulations
- Arranging and facilitating meeting rooms and flexible work areas
- Handling both incoming and outgoing mail, collecting, and delivering across all areas of the site, preparing for posting and packaging correctly
- Updating and maintaining of internal databases
- General administration duties as required

The successful candidate will:

- Have experience working within a reception-based role
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages and be able to pick new systems with ease
- Be able to commit to a flexible part time role
