Hospitality Asst - Weekend & Full Time Positions

Brightwork Recruitment are recruiting for Weekend & Full Time Hospitality Assistants to join our client, a prestigious Edinburgh based tourist attraction on an ongoing temporary basis.

Hours of work:

  • Weekend – Sat & Sun: 1-9.30pm
  • Full Time – 5 Days over 7: 1-9.30pm

Working within the hospitality team, the successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Front of House team deliver 5* customer service to global visitors to the attraction.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of visitor areas, ensuring thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after visitor interactions
  • Serving visitors alcohol samples and ordered drinks
  • Having an understanding of onsite products, being able to confidently discuss with visitors and answering initial queries and questions
  • General housekeeping duties as required

The successful candidates will:

  • Be outgoing, adaptable, and willing to learn a new role
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Be available to start immediately and commit to a temporary position with flexibility
  • Experience within a hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential

Please note that due to the nature of our clients’ business, the successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks including a Basic Disclosure Scotland.
