Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson on behalf of our drinks client based in Moray on a full time, permanent basis.
Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ground and concreting works.
- Brick/block/stone works and fitting windows/doors.
- Painting and decorating.
- Roofing repairs.
- General maintenance tasks.
- Liaising with colleagues regarding maintenance issues and communicating effectively with other building and maintenance team members.
- Ordering materials cost effectively to stay within budget.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role/will have a proficiency in general building trades, with the ability to work independently and as a team. Good communication skills alongside the ability to work efficiently and complete jobs on time to a good standard. Due to the location of the role and the need to travel between sites, the successful candidate must have a driving licence .
