Great opportunity to work as a Voice Picker at our client's busy distribution site for a leading UK supermarket.

Amazing pay rates!!! Brightwork is recruiting for Voice Pickers to work Back Shift or Night Shifts in Bellshill.

The rates of pay are dependent on your time at work and paid as follows:

Hours between 6am and 5.59pm - £10.46 per hour

Hours between 6pm and 11.59pm - £11.93 per hour

Hours between 00.00 Midnight and 6am- £12.42 per hour

Overtime is also available after 40-hour work and is paid at £15.69 per hour.

You will work 5 backs/nights out of 7. This will include weekends, The shifts are:

Backshift: 2pm to 10pm

Night shift: 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Voice Picker, your duties will include:

- Picking items
- Building pallets
- Operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a busy, fast-paced environment

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Voice Picker must have great attention to detail and work efficiently to meet daily targets. You must be physically able to pick items and build pallets.

It is essential that you have a good understanding of English, both verbal and written, to communicate well with other workers.

All candidates will be required to undergo drug and alcohol test prior to starting.

Previous experience working within a similar role is desirable, however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
