Office Admin Team Leader

Brightwork are continuing to support one of our industry-leading clients based in Glasgow, with the recruitment of an Office Admin Team Leader.

This is a permanent role that will report into the Customer Services Manager and be responsible for three direct reports. This position is responsible for contributing to the sites efficient and effective handling and processing of all administrative tasks and customer orders. These tasks will include:

  • Ensuring all Purchase Ledgers duties are correctly assigned to the site, and actioned.
  • Check and validate purchase orders.
  • Action customer quotes.
  • Support the receipt and processing of customer orders.
  • Support the customer services functions.
  • Collate the wages and monthly overtime information.
  • General administration
  • Process Return Inwards Notes
  • Update information on the internal systems including maintenance of records on customer pricing.

We’re looking for experienced Team Leaders who can demonstrate good leadership & communication skills. The successful candidate will have a background of working in a similar environment and have a process-driven approach to tackling challenging workloads.
