Sales Administrator

  • East Kilbride £10.00 - £11.00 per hour Type of Job: Temporary

Brightwork are supporting with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator to join one of our clients at their site in South Lanarkshire on a Full Time basis with an immediate start. 

The role will see you providing tendering services for standard products and liaising with internal departments to manage customer purchase orders through to product delivery.

Duties Include:

  • Work within a sales team environment having good communication with the other departments within the company.

  • Answer phone calls and ensure customers receive the best quality service.

  • Preparation of quotations for customers in response to enquiries.

  • Customer orders processing and management, in coordination with production department.

  • Arrange, where necessary, the delivery of the systems (location worldwide).

  • Reasonable flexibility in working hours when essential to cover urgent situations or unexpected workload is provided.

  • Understanding of the quality procedures relating to the position.

  • Assist the Export Sales team as required.

  • General Administration as required by the role.

The successful candidates will possess:

  • Prior experience of working in a sales and administration environment.

  • It is crucial that you have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience of call handling, excellent time management and organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and show enthusiasm in the work place.

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
