Brightwork is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading bottling company, for a Temporary Bonded Warehouse & Transport Admin. This role would start off as a temporary 3-month contract, with the opportunity to lead on to a permanent role for the right candidate. This would be based within the Paisley and our client is looking for someone who is immediately available.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order processing
  • Organising shipments
  • Dealing with bookings
  • Processing delivery orders
  • Processing new accounts
  • Updating existing records

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Immediately Available
  • Order Processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • PC Literate
  • Previous experience working within Transport booking/haulage.

Having previous experience working within a Bonded Warehouse is desirable, although not essential.
